One of my favorite jobs was working at a university. I worked in the media department for a state university. After several years in television, this was a dream job. I made great friends, there was no stress and I had a stable schedule! This was a blessing!! Most of my coworkers had worked in TV before. The university system was like where the tired TV workers went to rest!lol! There are some great opportunities at universities. Most of these positions are state positions. It is not the fast pace pace of live television but it is a stable position that has lots of perks. Some universities offer a discounted education to its employees. Here are a few opportunities. Happy job hunting!
